Rainier - the rest of the trip

 We made it to base camp, Camp Muir. Day 3

And now to get down to base camp

Mt Rainier trip! - First and second day

These are pics of the first two days, during orientation, training and checking of the equipment

It had been too long!

So I took a much needed trip up to Michigan to visit my brother, sister in law and all my wonderful dear friends and their kiddos!

It was an amazing time, I also got to spend a lot of time with the professors and my cousin who is at Calvin.

What a day!

Got up late, so I was late for work, but I was also carrying 45 balloons for my friend Thuy. It was her "early" birthday celebration! So this happened to her cube:

Later, it turned out she didn't know what to do with all the balloons! so it was decided to stick them in Judith's car without her knowing about it... 

Later, I went to the zoo with my friend Sarah who invited me to come along!
