The magic number is....

Greg took Step 1 (USMLE exam) 3 weeks ago, which means, we got the score back this morning!   Way to go Greg, he got a 259, which is an amazingly awesome score!  I am thrilled by this, now to think: where in the US do we want to go?    the HGTV shows keep on showing Hawaii.... lol, while it would be awesome, it is not very realistic for us.

Congratulations Greg!!!!!

Mission 1:8

Greg and I are part of this wonderful church, called Houston First Baptist. At the beginning of the year Mission 1:8 was presented to us. We jumped in, and decided that this would be a blessing to us. Indeed it has been, the other day we printed out pictures to put on the walls at our place, and realized how many AWESOME things we have been able to do this year and since we got married.

Yes, while money doesn't just float around our place, we have managed it very well and have been able to do everything we have wanted to. God has been more than faithful with us, so we are trying to be faithful to him with our finances, Mission 1:8, here we go! let's spread the word of God to other countries. I am more than happy to be part of this.

Pre-Easter celebrations like in El Salvador.

Well this is how we celebrate Easter in El Salvador.  My mom used to save the egg shells and we would fill them up with confetti and paint them! so I needed to teach Greg how pre-Easter celebrations are done.

Fun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Snorkel, whale watching, walking by the beach, massage...

By the arch, at lovers beach.

Greg, sit there so I can get a good picture! the wave is big! wait wait wait....

OOPS! haha I guess the wave was a bit too strong... hahahahaha

The whales were close by, but it was extremely hard to get a good picture! they breached right in front of us, they were HUGE!!!!  and of course I could only get a picture right after they had breached :(

It was.... AWESOME!

Well we are back,

we spent 4 days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  We love traveling! so sometimes we need to eat the same mac and cheese for two weeks to save money but this time it was totally worth it!  We got to kayak and snorkel, see whales, walk by the beach, get a massage and swim under the sun in the big pools! oh and let's not forget the amazing food and margaritas.   We stayed at RIU Santa Fe, an all inclusive that was more than what we were expecting.
